The MLS agent says it should be $1250 per month but I see houses in the same sub-division and of same square footage, posted for $1500. I am thinking of puting it out for $1425, and if it does not rent I will re-consider. What do you think is it a good approach?

I have put my house for rent on MLS for $1425 per month. There has been only ONE applicant in the past ONE Week. Should i reduce the rent or wait more? My mortgage payment will be due on the first of next month.
