I’m selling my house and trying to avoid Realtor costs. The only problem is you don’t get the exposture the MLS gives you. Any help?
If I did offer a cooperative fee or a commission, how much should that be?

My partner is a listed NY real-estate agent who is not practicing for the past 10 years. We are working on some properties in NY and so looking for sharing MLS listings with others for a fee. My question is it possible? And is it legal to do this?

I’ve seen the FSBO websites where for $200-300 you can list your property on MLS without an agent, but those are all for selling houses. I have a house I want to rent out – is there a similar service for that? The property is in the dallas / ft. worth area if that matters. Thanks.
