How long does it normally take to put a house on MLS for rental leasing by a leasing company?

Author: I bought a house and hired a leasing company to put it on rent. It has been 4 days but I have not recieved any make ready bid or pictures. They say they are working on it.
How long does it usually take a leasing company to do the initial tasks and get the house on MLS/rent ? What is your experience?

I want to rent out my house and I hired a property management company in HOUSTON it has been ten days and they did not put it on MLS yet.
Is this normal? How long does it normally take to put on MLS?
Is this agent bad? Should I terminate the agreement?
